Terms of Use
The rules for using this website, our tools, and our digital products. Last updated 12 October 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of thedialreport.com, including our articles, the Watch Deal Analyzer, and any digital products we sell. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Educational content, not advice
Everything we publish is for education and general information. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any specific watch. Watches can lose value, the secondary market can be illiquid and volatile, and past prices do not predict future prices. You are responsible for your own decisions. Consider getting independent professional advice before committing significant money.
Accuracy of information
We work from published market data and name our sources. Prices, indices, and market conditions change constantly, and sources sometimes disagree. We cannot guarantee that any figure is complete, current, or correct for the specific watch you are considering. Always verify current prices and the watch itself before you buy.
The Watch Deal Analyzer and other tools
Our tools produce estimates based on the information you enter and on stated assumptions. They are not valuations, appraisals, or guarantees of what any watch is worth or will sell for. Results are only as good as the inputs you provide.
Digital products
Licence
When you buy a digital product from us, such as The Watch Investment System, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own purposes. You may not copy, resell, share, publish, or distribute it, in whole or in part.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown at checkout in euros and include any taxes we are required to charge. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our payment providers.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered by download link immediately after payment. If you do not receive your link, contact us and we will resend it.
Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once the download begins, provided you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal. We will ask for that consent at checkout.
Problems with a product
If a file is faulty, incomplete, or not as described, contact us and we will fix it, replace it, or refund you. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, charts, tools, and design, belongs to The Dial Report or is used with permission. Photographs are used under the licences of their respective sources and credited where shown. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the original page. Any other reuse needs our written permission.
Comments and messages
You are responsible for what you post. We may remove comments that are unlawful, abusive, misleading, promotional, or off topic. Do not post personal information about yourself or others in public comments.
Links to other websites
We link to external sources so you can check our work. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those websites.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, our tools, or decisions you make based on our content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
